I was spending a few minutes over at the Boundless ShoutLife page and noticed a blog post from one of my "friends" announcing that Michael W. Smith became a grandfather over the weekend.
It's our prayer at Boundless that Michael and his family are richly blessed by this new life that's entered their family. I wonder if we'll be hearing any granddaughter songs in the near future....

Parents nothing! It makes ME feel old. One of my first concerts was MWS and DCTalk, when Michael was still this cool, hip young guy. Now he's a grandpa! And I'm pushing 30. How times change. Congrats to his family. :-)

A grandfather?! I didn't realise how old he was... I thought he was, like, late 30s early 40s maybe :P
Amazing! I went to my first MWS/DCTalk concert when I was 16. 14 years later he looks just the same! Where has the time gone?
